The skull is a skeleton figure used for decoration during the Day of the Dead. It is a Mexican tradition that tells of the arrival of our loved ones from the land of the dead. For a day they are with us, living together and resuming their favorite foods and customs. The figure of the skull represents joy, they always wear festive clothing, with very colorful faces, regularly dancing or playing a musical instrument. All this is to indicate that the afterlife really is more beautiful than we believe.
